Covid 19 Sanitary Precautions

How Sanitary are these Kits?

As a parent of two young children myself, I know how uncertain we parents feel about the safety of our children during the coronavirus outbreak. I take safety and health very seriously, which is why I created these kits in the first place. I want more than anything for children and their families to stay safe. And…

the best way to stay safe during this Codiv 19 outbreak is to stay home.

The art activities I provide on this website are the perfect way to break up the monotony of the day by providing activities that stimulate children’s creativity and imaginations while being at home. But safety comes first! That’s why I am taking the following steps to insure that the art kits that I produce are as safe and sanitary as I can possibly make them. Here’s how I do it:

1…

The kits come in a paper bag, rather than plastic. I am doing this because the coronavirus lives on paper for 48 hrs less than plastic.

2…

I wear a fresh new pair of rubber gloves while preparing the kits AND while delivering them to your door.

3…

The area where I prepare my kits is extra clean with no other unnecessary items around it. I make sure to disinfect the surface where I prepare my kits with antibacterial disinfectant.

***If you would like to be on the extra cautious side, you can wait 24 hrs before opening and handling your kit. You can also wipe the items inside the kit with your own disinfectant before your child uses them. If you are picking up a kit from my house, I recommend that you either wear a clean pair of gloves while handling the kit or use hand sanitizer afterwards.***
