All classes are held in Amy’s open-air studio which is surrounded by a beautiful, lush garden. The studio is located in a spacious converted garage with a roll-up door that is kept open for both light and air circulation. Classes and workshops are kept at a small size and children have space in between one another when working.
Art Club is not just an after school class. It’s a place where kids can set their creative selves free. Each week after school, children use a wide range of mediums and materials to create art that expresses their own unique individuality. Weather permitting, children can play in Amy’s garden, a beautiful place for imaginary play. Classes are attended one day a week.(grades K-5)
This drawing class focuses more on enjoying the process rather than perfecting academic art skills. New projects each week may include: making feather pens and drawing with them, learning how to draw animals or illustrating to music. Kids will also have the opportunity to draw still life’s. (K-5)
These fun Pop-up workshops occur on weekends and happen every month or so, often with a holiday theme or just for the fun of it! Keep checking this website for the latest workshops or email Amy to be added to the email list. (ages 5-12)
Messy Makers is a one-of-a-kind “toddler and me” class that is all about the process of making art, not the product. Each week is an open-ended invitation to experiment and discover through sensory-based activities. (ages walking-4 years)
